On January 23, 2023, H.E. Ms. Hou Yue, the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People’s Republic of China to the Kingdom of Norway, presented the copy of her Letter of Credence to Ms. Tone Allers,  Director-General of the Department for Cultural Relations and Protocol of the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The two sides also had friendly communication on the China-Norway relations and bilateral exchanges and cooperation.
